In 1796, he attained Jeeva Samadhi through water immersion in a well, along with his disciples.

Miracle of the Well – In 1796, Thatha Siddhar, along with his disciples, is believed to have entered a well in an act of spiritual significance. The well remains a sacred site inside the temple.
